- What happens when my trial ends?
- You keep all your data. Statement imports, Cashmere Connect, Finn and Investments pause until you pick a plan.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Sign in with Google or email to start your free fourteen days.
- How do referral codes work?
- Start with a friend's referral link or code and your trial runs 30 days instead of 14. Apply a code in your first 14 days. The full terms are on the Terms page.
- What counts as a statement import?
- Every statement you upload, and every page Cashmere Connect reads from your bank. Both use your monthly import allowance.
- How often can I ask Finn?
- Up to 15 questions a day on Basic, 25 on Standard and 40 on Plus. Your count resets daily. A draft sent from Claude or ChatGPT counts the same.
- Can I still use Claude or ChatGPT after my trial ends?
- Yes. Both can still answer questions about your money. Adding transactions and imports pause until you pick a plan.
- Can I buy a plan today?
- Not yet. Paid plans open soon. Until then, every new Pocket starts with the free fourteen-day trial.
