Cashmere vs Seedly
Seedly is a forum and review site. Cashmere is a private app for tracking and planning your own money. Here is what each one does.
Seedly: Singapore's largest personal finance community: a forum, a blog and product reviews of cards, accounts, loans and insurance. Read on its own site on Sep 24, 2026.
Pocket is not open yet. Plans are pre-order: fourteen days free, then S$9.99 to S$14.99 a month.
What Cashmere does better
- Cashmere holds your numbers. Seedly's expense tracking app closed on 31 December 2025, and the site now holds no ledger, balances or plan of yours.
- Cashmere projects a date. Income, spending, CPF and investments run forward to the year work becomes optional, and a scenario shows what a decision moves.
- Cashmere prices tax and cover against your own plan, with the reliefs, the CPF rules and the policy catalogs already loaded.
- Cashmere is private. Nothing you enter is posted, ranked or read by anyone but you.
